I understand that participant cancellations are non-refundable and substitutions within my organization are allowed. If NJW cancels the Lab, the original purchaser receives a full refund. NJW Operations reserves the right to reschedule the Lab. Any replacement dates will begin within 60 calendar days of the original start date, at no additional charge to the purchaser. Purchasers may transfer their registration to the new dates or receive a full refund. If replacement dates cannot be offered within that period, NJW will issue a full refund. I understand that only teaching segments are recorded. Organization numbers, discussions and reviews are not recorded. I agree to keep other organizations' information shared in the room confidential. I agree that authorized Lab team members may use my organization's intake information, including program financial evidence, funding history and declines, for readiness review, peer matching, cause-area starter lists and program measurement. Peer partners receive only the information needed for their pairing; our sensitive intake records are not distributed to the cohort.
