NJW uses one evidence-based methodology, but every audit is customized. The questions, people interviewed, records, models, tests, and implementation pathway change with the decision the organization needs to make.

NJW examines:
Every pathway begins by reading the operation that exists. Depending on scope, NJW may interview executive leadership, managers, staff, board members, participants, donors, customers, or partners; review records and data; observe workflows; and model scenarios. We look for where the evidence converges, where it conflicts, and what that means for the decision. The audit is customized, and so is the implementation plan.
