Partner blocks must be paid by the stated deadline, at 11:59 pm Eastern. The $850 rate applies to blocks of 5 or more organizations paid by October 30. After October 30, new partner blocks are $1,195 per organization. Already-covered organizations use their partner code and are not charged again.
